MEET THE CHEF

By Chefanie is lead by Chef Stephanie Tucci, whose passion towards food comes through in everything she creates. The name “Chefanie” was created when a former co-worker suggested “Chef Stephanie” was too long to say and out came Chefanie. It became her name professionally and now as a personal nickname. She started her career in New York City where she attended Culinary School by day and working in established restaurants by night. Fast forward 10 years later, she found herself in the country side of Italy completing her Masters in Food and Wine. It was this experience, while both learning and working in Italy, she made the permanent switch over to the pastry world and never looked back. She was so hooked on pastries that she returned to Italy to study gelato and has become a member of the Federazione Internazionale Pasticceria (The International Federation of Pastry). From her formal training to her worldly adventures, By Chefanie was created after she decided to take the leap and start her own business. We are grateful you are here and hope you continue to follow along as we continue to grow, develop and make the world better, one dessert at a time.

 

Some fun facts about Chefanie:  She hates cupcakes and macarons, pizza is her favourite food, coffee is her love language and she's a pro at pull ups!
